Christopher, IL. Raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason during 1950 in Doric Lodge
No. 140. Demitted to Seminole Lodge No. 304 in 1952 as a charter member. Occupation -
Postal Employee. Master of the Lodge at age 50.
W. Bro. Straker can now only
recall Peace and Harmony prevailing during 1965.
On April 12, 1965, a tribute to honor Memorial Lodge
for their service to Seminole Lodge, and all Lodges of the District, took the
form of a plaque, and a corned-beef and cabbage dinner prepared and served at
Doric Temple for 200 Masons.
